Mallory has loved horses her entire life! She has been riding since 2001, teaching since 2006 and training horses since 2008.  She has experience training and teaching in numerous disciplines, including: hunt seat, hunter/jumper, jumpers, eventing, dressage, reining, barrel racing, western pleasure, cutting, basic cow work, natural horsemanship and liberty work. She centers her method around natural horsemanship, methods of least resistance and equine psychology.  Through many years of teaching, she has been fortunate to develop her leadership skills, both while teaching, and while supervising staff. She has experience planning lessons for both herself and other instructors in multiple disciplines, developing lesson plans emphasizing safety while creating a fun atmosphere, and understanding both strengths and weaknesses of staff, students and horses in order to both support and engage every part of a program. She strongly believes in helping others improve to the best of her ability on a daily basis. As a leader, she enjoys helping others reach their goals, both personally and professionally.
